FALL TRAINING PROGRAM

Fall training is a continuation of our Intermediate and Competitive Eight-Week Summer Camps and focuses on fitness and technical training. It is designed specifically for aspiring competitive paddlers ages 12 and up who have already attended our Eight-Week Summer Competitive Camp.

Three Sessions per week for Eight Weeks. Activities may include Swimming, Running, Paddling, Soccer, Resistance Training and Circuit Training as well as, weather permitting, additional on-water training.

You must Register for Fall Training online to indicate that your child intends to participate in the Fall Training Program for Youth Paddlers
