Fall Training Program – Foundations (Ages 10-12)


Foundations (Ages 10 to 12)

Foundations is an introduction to sport, involvement in sport, and a start to building self-confidence in sport. Foundations is a 10-month program targeted towards participants between the ages of 10-12 years. Participants will develop multi-sport skills, such as swimming, running, age-appropriate strength, and coordination. Kids will also learn specific Canoe Kayak skills; technique, balance and boat control, hand-eye coordination, agility, and flexibility. We will learn these skills through fun and play in a positive group atmosphere, guided by our coaches.

The Foundations Program offers 3 sessions a week
