Winter Training Program – Functional Strength & Fitness Development
Based on the Learning to Compete stage of CKC’s LTAD model this program will allow participants to attend one to three sessions per week of their choosing. The goals of this program are centered on strength, fitness and racing development for the 2019 season. Training sessions will target the development of general endurance, speed, and strength through high intensity circuit training, swimming, running, Cross Country Skiing, and functional and dynamic strength training.
