Petrie Island Canoe Club Dragonboat Program Registration

Petrie Island Canoe Club is pleased to offer excellent-caliber winter training programs to the Orléans area, and surrounding communities.

We have designed our programs to work for athletes with busy school schedules, or those who are participating in various other sports programs around town. You may choose the level of time commitment that suits you the best, whether that’s three, six, or up to nine sessions a week.

Our programs will include a variety of activities including exercises for agility, balance, and joint stability, circuit training, weight training, canoe/kayak pool paddling, swimming, running, XC skiing, and wall climbing. Below is a breakdown of each program choice. If you have questions, please email Coach Sarah at petriecanoe@gmail.com.
