Description
“Canoë P'tit Ado” is a one-week introduction to recreational paddling. Children try dragon boating, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), sit-on-top kayaking, and recreational canoeing. On the final day of camp, children receive a progress sheet highlighting the skills they have developed.

8:00 to 8:45 a.m. – Arrival and morning care
8:45 to 3:45 p.m. – Camp activities (e.g., recreational canoe)
3:45–5:00 p.m. – Afternoon care and departure
Equipment provided
Petrie Island Canoe Club will provide all paddling equipment.
What to bring
Please arrive with sunscreen already applied and wearing clothing suitable for the water. Ideal paddling clothing is fitted and quick-drying, and shirts should cover the shoulders. Bring a lunch and healthy snacks, a water bottle, sandals, running shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a towel, and two changes of warm clothing.
